In-depth planning creates a smoother, faster build process and potentially saves thousands of dollars in construction changes. It also allows us to weave interior design concepts and finishes directly into the master plan.

Western Luxury Homes will create a budget and construction schedule along with a timeline of upcoming decisions. We believe in the value of our own research in making sound choices and want to give our clients ample time to research their answers without feeling rushed or pressured. Once construction begins, you will receive weekly progress reports that usually include summary photos or videos along with a reminder of upcoming decisions.
